TyFit Classes
There are number of ways a corporate wellness leaders can help employees to stay healthy. Staying active can help reduce chronic stress which otherwise can/ may lead to more serious health issues and disability
- Encourage to stay active. This cannot be done merely by suggesting. Create an environment and place for this to be come reachable. Provide a 2 session/ week for employees to engage in TyFit activity. This can be customized after meeting participants.
- Enroll in Self-defense classes. These sessions not only engage participants physically but mentally as well as you are learning new moves and techniques. Thus, employees are more energetic, quick-thinking, and relaxed – making them more productive members of your organization.
