Having Trained and competed myself at international level, I understand the physical, mental and dedication that is needed to achieve the top level. Also being injured myself, I know what it takes to rehab the body back to top shape.  Being an athlete takes time, work, and effort. I believe on working on the weakness, such as:

  • Range of motion,
  • Strength,
  • Co ordination
  • Speed
  • Agility etc.
