There are number of ways a corporate wellness leaders can help employees to stay healthy. Staying active can help reduce chronic stress which otherwise can/ may lead to more serious health issues and disability

  1. Encourage to stay active. This cannot be done merely by suggesting. Create an environment and place for this to be come reachable. Provide a 2 session/ week for employees to engage in TyFit activity. This can be customized after meeting participants.
  2. Enroll in Self-defense classes. These sessions not only engage participants physically but mentally as well as you are learning new moves and techniques. Thus, employees are more energetic, quick-thinking, and relaxed – making them more productive members of your organization.
